Welcome to Route to Roots Wellness. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, purchases of our products or services, and participation in our wellness experiences (collectively, “Offerings”). Please read them carefully before ordering or engaging with us.

By purchasing from or interacting with Route 2 Roots, LLC d/b/a Route 2 Roots Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”, or “Route to Roots Wellness” ), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.

Who We Are. Route to Roots Wellness is a Massachusetts-based herbal wellness brand offering handcrafted herbal blends, subscription boxes, and community wellness experiences such as Herbal Tea Parties. Every product is made in small batches using organic or wild-foraged herbs sourced with integrity.

Herbal Disclaimer. All Route to Roots Wellness products and information are intended for educational and general wellness purposes only. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult your healthcare provider before using any herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medications, or have a medical condition.

Checkout Agreement

By completing a purchase on our website or in-person, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All sales are final — Route to Roots Wellness does not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped.

  • All products are handcrafted herbal items intended for general wellness and educational purposes only.

  • These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • You will consult with your healthcare provider before using any herbal products, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Prices and Availability. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. Product availability may vary depending on seasonality and the availability of herbs. Any sales, promotions, or discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and are valid only during the promotional period. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any offer at any time.

Orders and Payment. Payment in full is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and PayPal through our secure checkout system. Once an order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Orders are not binding until accepted by Route to Roots Wellness. Because our products are handcrafted and often made to order, cancellations or changes may not be possible once processing begins.

Shipping and Delivery. We currently ship within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed and shipped on business days between the 22nd and 26th of each month. Orders arrive within 7–10 business days of their ship date, although times may vary due to seasonality, availability, or order volume. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Route to Roots Wellness is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages once they leave our facility, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless included in your subscription.

Subscription Services. When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring billing at the frequency specified during checkout. Per our Cancellation Policy, you may cancel your subscription through your account or by contacting us (see Cancellation Policy) by the 15th of the month. Subscription prices include standard shipping within the continental U.S. and are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy. To cancel an upcoming shipment, requests must be submitted by or before 7:00 PM EST on the 15th of the month prior to your next scheduled shipment. Cancellations received after 7:00 PM EST on the 15th will take effect the following month, as herbal blends for the upcoming shipment will already be in production and scheduled for fulfillment between the 22nd and 26th.

Returns and Refunds. All product sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at coco@route2rootswellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Event Bookings and Cancellations (Herbal Tea Parties and Workshops). Event deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if you provide at least 14 days’ notice.

Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the event may receive partial credit at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are not eligible for refund or credit. If Route to Roots Wellness must reschedule or cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an opportunity to rebook.

Product Variations. All of our products are made from organic or wild-foraged ingredients. Variations in color, aroma, or taste are normal and reflect the natural differences between harvests. These variations do not affect the quality or potency of your blend.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Route to Roots Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or services. In any case, our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

Disputes and Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Massachusetts, and all proceedings shall remain confidential. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action or jury trial.

Force Majeure. We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or carrier delays.

Term Updates. We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. Continued use of our site or services after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
