At Route 2 Roots Wellness, every subscription box is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because we begin sourcing and preparing blends early each month, we require advanced notice for any subscription cancellations or changes.
Cancellation Deadline
To cancel an upcoming shipment, requests must be submitted by or before 7:00 PM Eastern on the 15th of the month before your next scheduled shipment.
Cancellations received after 7:00 PM Eastern on the 15th will take effect the following month, as herbal blends for the next shipment will already be in production and scheduled for fulfillment between the 22nd and 26th of that month.
Example:
- Cancel by 7:00 PM EST on March 15, and you will not receive a box in April
- Cancel after 7:00 PM EST on March 15, and you will still receive a box in April (shipping between April 22–26)—your cancellation will begin with May’s shipment

You may cancel or modify your subscription through your customer account or by contacting us directly at coco@route2rootswellness.com before the deadline.
Please Note: Because all blends are made-to-order and produced in small batches, we are unable to issue refunds or stop shipments once production has begun.
